Visa Assistance Terms & Conditions — Tours Globe Ltd
1. Visa Appointment Availability
Visa appointment availability is controlled entirely by embassies, consulates, and official visa centres. Tours Globe does not control appointment release dates, availability, or processing times. Appointments may vary depending on the country of application, season, embassy capacity, public holidays, or government restrictions. Visa appointments are not guaranteed.
2. Appointment Booking Policy
Tours Globe will make reasonable efforts to secure a visa appointment based on your travel dates. If an appointment cannot be secured at least 21 days before your intended travel date, you may: (a) receive a refund of the appointment booking service fee, (b) change your travel date, or (c) change the destination country subject to eligibility.
3. Visa Approval Disclaimer
Tours Globe provides visa assistance only and does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances. All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Visa refusal, delay, or additional document requests are beyond our control.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and genuine information, submitting valid documents on time, attending appointments as scheduled, and ensuring your passport meets validity requirements. Tours Globe is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent documentation.
5. Service Fees & Refunds
Visa assistance fees may include consultation, document preparation, appointment monitoring, and support services. Government fees, embassy fees, TLS/VFS fees, courier fees, travel insurance, hotel bookings, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once paid or booked. Refunds apply only to eligible service fees as stated in this policy.
6. Processing Times
Visa processing times vary by country and embassy workload. Any timelines provided by Tours Globe are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7. Travel Plans & Bookings
Do not make non-refundable travel arrangements such as flights or hotels until your visa has been approved. Tours Globe is not responsible for losses related to rejected, delayed, or pending visa applications.
8. Third-Party Services
Applications may involve third-party services such as VFS, TLScontact, embassies, insurance providers, airlines, or hotels. These operate under their own policies.
9. Communication Policy
You are responsible for regularly checking emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls for important updates regarding appointments, document requests, or visa decisions.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Tours Globe reserves the right to refuse visa assistance where fraudulent documents, misleading information, abusive behaviour, or suspicious activity is identified.
11. Policy Changes
Tours Globe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
