Welcome to Tours Globe! By booking and participating in our tours or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
1. Booking and Payments
Deposit
All deposits paid are non refundable.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified in the package details. Prices are subject to change until the booking is finalized.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 35 days before the departure date. All payments must be cleared by this date to confirm travel arrangements.
Late Bookings
For bookings made 35 days or less before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Failure to Pay
If full payment is not received by the due date (35 days before departure), Tours Globe reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
- Tours Globe is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation.
4. Respectful Conduct
- Our staff have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward our staff, whether over the phone or during the trip, is strictly prohibited.
- All participants are expected to respect each other. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the tour leader at all times.
- Tours Globe reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without a refund.
5. Special Services
- Our tours and packages do not include specialized assistance or care for travelers.
- If you require such support, please arrange it independently before your trip.
- Please note: Our coaches are not wheelchair accessible.
6. Children & Minors
- Every child, regardless of age (even infants), must have their own seat booked.
- All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s supervision and conduct at all times.
7. Health and Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and participate in the activities included in their chosen package.
- Any medical conditions or disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Tours Globe will not be liable for any injury, illness, or accident sustained during the trip.
- Tours Globe does not provide travel or medical insurance. We recommend purchasing appropriate insurance to cover unexpected health or travel issues.
8. Changes by Tours Globe
- Tours Globe reserves the right to cancel, modify, or alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, road closures, or insufficient bookings.
- In the event of any major change prior to departure, participants will be offered the option of an alternative tour or a full refund.
- During the tour, if any road is blocked or unexpected delays occur, Tours Globe may adjust the itinerary and timings accordingly. This may include reducing time at certain stops or skipping a location if necessary to ensure the tour remains on schedule and returns on time. No refund will be offered for any such on-tour adjustments or missed visits caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Liability & Responsibility
- Tours Globe acts only as an agent for services provided by third parties (hotels, transport providers, guides, etc.) and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by them.
- Tours Globe shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip.
10. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
- Tours Globe is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
11. Use of Media
- Tours Globe may take photographs or videos during the trip for promotional purposes.
- By joining our tours, you consent to the use of such media unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
12. Child Seat
- To board the coach, we kindly ask passengers to bring a child seat if their child is under 3 years of age.
13. Weather Conditions
- The tour will proceed as planned in case of rain or cloudy weather. No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to such conditions.
14. No Smoking or Alcohol Policy
- Smoking, vaping, and the use or possession of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board. Passengers violating this policy may be refused service without a refund.
- Alcohol consumption (such as wine or other drinks) is strictly prohibited on the coach and during the tour activities. Anyone found drinking during the trip will not be allowed to reboard the coach and may be removed from the tour without refund.
15. Cleanliness & Personal Hygiene
- Help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment by disposing of rubbish properly and keeping your area tidy. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the journey.
- Please note that on some of our vehicles used for UK and Europe trips, toilets are available onboard for emergency use as it does not have the capacity to be used regularly by many passengers. You are welcome to use it in emergencies. For use, kindly inform the host whenever you need a toilet break, and they will be happy to assist you.
16. Front Seat Allocation
- We do not charge extra for front seats. However, they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to passengers who confirm their booking and complete payment early. Seats will be allocated in the order of confirmed reservations.
17. Safety Guidelines
For the comfort and safety of all passengers, please follow the driver’s or staff instructions at all times and remain seated while the coach is in motion. Keep aisles clear and use seat belts if available.
18. Food consumption
Food consumption is not allowed on the coach. Only water for drinking is permitted.
