Refund and Cancellation Policy for Tours Globe

At Tours Globe, we are committed to offering our clients flexibility, fairness, and transparency in managing their travel plans. Please review our policy carefully, as it outlines important terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds.

Deposit
All deposits paid are non refundable.

Cancellations and Refund:
Cancellations Made 45 Days Before the Departure Date

  • No cancellation fees will be applied.
  • A full refund of any payments made will be processed.

Cancellations Made Between 36–44 Days Before Departure Date

  • 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  • The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

No Show or Cancellations made 35 days or less before the departure date

  • Refunds will not be available for no show or cancellations made 35 days or less before the departure date.

Cancellation By the Company

Tours Globe reserves the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, force majeure, political unrest, health concerns, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases:

  • Clients will be offered an alternative date or itinerary, or
  • A full refund of payments made (excluding non-refundable services such as issued airline tickets or hotel reservations) will be provided.


Airline Policies

  • Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
  • Any airline change fees, penalties, or fare differences are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
  • Name changes are not permitted once tickets are issued.

Hotel & Accommodation Policies

  • Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation terms of each property, which may include 100% charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused hotel nights or services once the trip has commenced.

Third-Party Suppliers

  • Services provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., transport operators, attractions, cruises, visa services) are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on each supplier’s policy.

Amendments & Changes

  • Any changes requested after booking may incur additional fees as per, hotel, and supplier policies.
  • Name changes, date changes, or destination changes may not always be possible.
  • If possible, Tours Globe will assist, but charges will apply.

Force Majeure

Tours Globe is not liable for refunds or compensation in the event of delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, weather disruptions
  • Strikes, political unrest, or terrorism
  • Health emergencies or pandemics
  • Government travel restrictions

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–21 business days of receiving a written cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Client Responsibilities

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • No refunds will be issued for inability to travel due to lack of required documentation.
  • Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other potential risks.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Tours Globe’s reservations department via email at info@toursglobe.co.uk or through our official contact channels.

Agreement

By booking with Tours Globe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and cancellation policy.
