Refund Policy for Tours Globe
At Tours Globe, we strive to offer our clients flexibility and transparency when managing their travel plans. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations Made 15 Days or More Before the Departure Date
- No cancellation fees will be applied.
- A full refund of any payments made will be processed.
Cancellations Made Between 11–15 Days Before Departure Date
- 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No Show or Cancellations made 10 days or less before the departure date
- Refunds will not be available for no show or cancellations made 10 days or less before the departure date.
Cancellation By the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be communicated to Tours Globe’s reservations department in writing via email or through our official contact channels.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
