Refund Policy for Tours Globe

At Tours Globe, we strive to offer our clients flexibility and transparency when managing their travel plans. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Departure Date

  • No cancellation fees will be applied.
  • A full refund of any payments made will be processed.

Cancellations Made Within 15–29 Days Before Departure Date

  • 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  • The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations Made Within 15 Days of Departure Date

  • Refunds will not be available for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the departure date.


    No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 24 Hours of Departure)

    • No refunds will be provided.
    • 100% of the total package cost will be charged.


    How to Cancel
    Cancellations must be communicated to Tours Globe’s reservations department in writing via email or through our official contact channels.

    Processing Refunds
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
